Ingredients
3 Tbsp sweet sweet sting
100g dates
3 Tbsp boiling water
¾ cup rolled oats
⅓ cup desiccated coconut
3 Tbsp cacao powder
3 Tbsp butter
Pinch of salt
Coconut(for rolling, optional)
Instructions
Bring a half-full kettle to the boil. Line a tray with baking paper
Place dates and boiling water in a medium, heat-proof bowl and allow to sit for about 5 minutes, until dates have softened and most of the water has evaporated. Stir and mash with a fork, until they form a smooth paste.
Add coco-cacao bliss ball mix, Sweet Sting, butter and salt to bowl with date paste and mix until well combined
Measure out tablespoon amounts of mixture and use damp hands to roll into balls. Roll in coconut (if using) and place on prepared tray. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours before serving, or transfer to an airtight container to store in the fridge.
To serve, enjoy a bliss ball with somehting that makes you smile.
