This quick and easy Thai peanut sauce recipe is perfect for peanut noodles, chicken satay or as a flavorful sauce or dressing. Ready in 5 minutes, made with creamy peanut butter, sweet sting and lots of seasonings.

Ingredients
2 Tbsp sweet sweet sting (squirts are more fun)
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 Tbsp Thai red curry paste
2 Tbsp of soy sauce
1 Tbsp of rice wine vinegar
1 Tbsp of sesame oil
1 tsp of lime juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 Tbsp water
1 Tbsp roasted peanuts
Instructions
Whisk all of the ingredients together, except for the water, in a small bowl until well combined and the sauce is nice and smooth.
Add water a teaspoon at a time until you achieve your desired consistency.
To serve, enjoy with your favourite dish and a fresh wedge of lime.
